We found a Whole Foods close by so we went and bought sandwich bread, cold cuts and cinnamon raisin bagels for breakfast/lunch. We headed to the Nashville Zoo for the 9:30 a.m. entry and stayed until 1:30 p.m. We really enjoy the Nashville Zoo and had been there once before. It was so nice to visit again and we definitely would love to go again! Our son’s favorite, of course, is the train and getting to pet the kangaroos. (Here's more on the zoo).

While the boys took a nap, we drove 4.5 hours to St. Louis, MO for dinner with friends who are more like family to us. We ate dinner at Longhorn in Florissant, MO (our first time there—it was surprisingly yummy) and parked in a Lowe’s in Columbia, MO.
