We drove straight through Kansas and to Louisville, CO where we had breakfast/lunch at the Organic Sandwich Company (459 McCaslin Blvd, Louisville, CO 80027). The worker told us about some bike paths that would be appropriate/fun for our son’s age so we went to check them out.

We went to Superior, CO and Valmont, CO for the bike trails.

After biking and for nap time, we chose to drive the scenic route and stayed in a hotel in Keystone, CO. We had take-out at Peak of Asia (the best Vietnamese food I've had) in Breckenridge, CO.

We stayed at Hyatt Place in Keystone, CO which wasn't my favorite hotel to stay in. However, the staff was great! The security person gave us approval to park the RV in their lot because it would not fit in any hotel parking lot.
